Password Protected NEC IR Remote Controlled Wireless Robot using ATmega16 Project Kit is a kind of Secured Wireless Semi-Autonomous Robotic Kit. To drive the robot in desired direction, first the user has to enter the password through the IR Remote. Once the correct password is entered, the Robot can be driven by pressing predefined keys of the IR Remote. And the direction of movement of the Robot is displayed in a 16X2 Alphanumeric LCD continuously. The predefined set of IR Remote Keys to control the Robot is shown below:-

This robot is built using AVR ATmega16 Microcontroller, L293D Motor Driver, TSOP Sensor, 16X2 Alphanumeric LCD, a Robot and an IR Remote.
