SinaProg is Hex downloader application with AVR Dude and Fuse Bit Calculator. This is used to download code/program and to set fuse bits of all AVR based microcontrollers.

The step-by-step Installation Process for SinaProg Installation Guide is as follows:

Go to the folder location where the SinaProg software is located. In that folder, “Right Click” the SinaProg application file, which is marked with a red circle in the below picture.:
Now, Click the “Desktop(Create Shortcut)” menu in “Send to” link as shown in the below picture::
