Relay based 4X4 Keypad Controlled Home Automation System with ATmega16-II Project Kit

Relay based 4X4 Keypad Controlled Home Automation System with ATmega16-II Project Kit is a kind of Home Automation Kit where different home appliances like Bulb, Fan, TV and others are controlled from a 4X4 Keypad. For controlling different home appliances, here we are using relay.

The home appliances can be controlled by pressing predefined keys of the 4X4 Keypad. Here, we will control 4 appliances, two Bulbs and two Fans. For each home appliances, one key of the 4X4 Keypad is assigned, each time the key is pressed, the appliances changes its status i.e from On to off and from Off to On. Apart from these keys, two more keys are assigned, one to turn-on all appliances at a time and the other to turn-off all appliances at a time. So, all total 6 keys are used to control 4 appliances(Two Bulbs and two Fans). The control keys for 4 appliances are shown below:-

This Home Automation Kit is built using AVR ATmega16 Microcontroller, Quad Realy Driver, 4X4 Keypad and Home Appliances Kit(2 Bulbs and 2 fans).
