Password Protected Accelerometer based Hand Gesture Controlled Wireless Robot using ATmega16 and Zig Bee Project Kit

Password Protected Accelerometer based Hand Gesture Controlled Wireless Robot using ATmega16 and Zig Bee Project Kit is a kind of Secured Wireless Semi-Autonomous Robotic Kit. The Accelerometer Sensor is a MEMS sensor used to detect different static and Dynamic Acceleration parameters. Here, it is used to detect tilt of hand. And Zig Bee is a wireless transreceiver used to transfer data between two system in both direction. To drive the robot in desired direction, first the user has to enter the password through Hand Gesture. The password is a predefined sequence of hand gestures. Once the correct password is entered, the Robot can be driven wirelessly by posing predefined Hand Gestures using accelerometer sensor. And the direction of movement of the Robot is displayed in a 16X2 Alphanumeric LCD continuously. The control hand gestures to control the Robot is shown below:-

This robot is built using AVR ATmega16 Microcontroller, L293D Motor Driver, 16X2 Alphanumeric LCD, 3-axis Accelerometer Sensor, a Robot and Zig Bee. The Password Protected Accelerometer based Hand Gesture Controlled Wireless Robot using ATmega16 and Zig Bee Project Kit has a range of 150m with clear line of sight and has an Indoor range of 40m.
